Baby in a Box - Ellie's Milestone Shoot

Question: What's cuter than a baby in a box?

Answer: not much 😍

I have a soft spot for doing sessions with kids. One of the reasons I decided to take the leap and invest in a professional DSLR camera was to be able to capture moments as my oldest son grew. I love that photography let's us freeze a moment in time and look back on it forever. Being able to provide that for my clients and their families is definitely one of my favorite things about being a photographer.

This milestone shoot for baby Ellie and her mom, Kayla, was another session I was able to collaborate with Melanie Davis Photography on while I was in Missouri. I am absolutely in love with how these turned out. This was one of the first times that I have gotten to work with a backdrop, and I loved it! Definitely adding one to my list of future investments.

Miss Ellie was so wonderful and patient the whole time. Especially since she had 2 strangers pointing cameras at her the whole time. I cant wait to get back to doing these sessions regularly again!
